Chocolate & Hazelnut Filling

Ingredients...

450g Nutella or equivalent chocolate spread
120g chopped toasted hazelnuts
100g milk chocolate
65ml cream

Enough for 24 Cupcakes

Instructions...

- Combine the spread and chopped hazelnuts together in a bowl.

- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate and cream together in the microwave or over a saucepan of boiling water.

- Combine the two together and mix well. Allow the mixture to set overnight being using.
