Ganache Filling

Ingredients...

400g Dark Chocolate (high cocoa content 60%+)
375ml cream

Enough for 24 Cupcakes

Instructions...

-
Place the chocolate and cream into a glass bowl and place over a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.

- Allow the chocolate to melt fully. Remove from the heat and whisk, stir until well mixed and glossy.

- Store over night to allow it to thicken (do not refrigerate).
