Banana Icing
Ingredients...
250g Butter (room temperature)
800g Icing sugar
85-100ml Milk
1 teaspoon banana essence
Optional - banana flavour sweets
Enough for 24 Cupcakes
Instructions...
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix them together with an electric wisk on a low speed.

Increase the speed slightly until the icing has lightened in colour and is fluffy.
- Have a taste and see how it is? Not even banana? Add a little more flavourin OR chop up old fashioned banana sweets into tiny pieces and add to the mixture for that different texture!
