Coffee Icing
Ingredients...
250g Butter
800g Icing sugar
85-100ml Milk
10g Instant coffee dissolved in a little hot water & milk
Enough for 24 Cupcakes
Instructions...
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix them together with an electric wisk on a low speed.

Increase the speed slightly until the icing has lightened in colour and is fluffy.
