Champagne Icing
Ingredients...
200g Butter
350g Icing sugar
2-3 Tablespoons champagne
Enough for 12 Cupcakes
Instructions...
- Beat the butter and icing sugar together with your electric wisk, then add the champagne.
- Continue to beat until light and fluffy.
