Cherry Filling

Ingredients...

490g morrello (sour) cherries
125ml water
125g caster sugar
4 tablespoons cornflour

Enough for 24 Cupcakes

Instructions...

- Combine all the ingredients together in a small saucepan. Slowly bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

- Boil gently for 2 minutes until smooth and thickened.

- Pour into a container and refrigerate overnight before using.
