Vanilla Icing
Ingredients...
250g Butter
800g Icing sugar
85-100ml Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Enough for 24 Cupcakes
Instructions...
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix them together with an electric wisk on a low speed.

Increase the speed slightly until the icing has lightened in colour and is fluffy.
- Its easy to colour vanilla icing, simply add a drop or two of the food colouring of your choice for instant colouration!
