Irish Cream Icing

Ingredients...

400g Icing sugar
125g butter
3-4 tablespoons of irish cream (Baileys)
1 tablespoon milk (only add if icing seems a bit dry!)

Enough for 12 Cupcakes

Instructions...

- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix them together with an electric wisk on a low speed.

- Increase the speed slightly until the icing has lightened in colour and is fluffy.
